 Payment

How can I pay?

You can pay using one of the following methods:

  • Credit card

    • We accept all the major credit and debit cards

    • Your first payment will require administrator authorisation (due to the high levels of fraud we are experiencing), but after that you will have immediate access to purchased reports purchased using a credit card.
  • Invoice account

    • You may pay by cheque or invoice if you apply for a Researcha corporate account. Complete the Invoice Account Application Form, sign it, and submit it via fax; accounts are usually approved within a few minutes, if submitted during UK business hours.

    • With an Invoice Account, you also have the option for a 'combined monthly invoice' - a single, detailed invoice at the end of each month for all purchases in that month. You will also receive a receipt after purchase for your records.

  • You have access to your invoices/receipts at <http://web.researcha.com/>.

I'm not in the UK, can I still purchase reports?

Absolutely. Any charges to your credit card will be converted into your local currency automatically by your credit card company, or you can apply for an Invoice Account.

 Delivery - Repository

How much is delivery?

Free -- reports are delivered online immediately, and they can be viewed on-screen, printed and/or sent by email to you or another person.

Therefore there are no delivery charges.

How will my reports be delivered?

Purchased reports are placed in the 'Repository' for 24 hours. While logged in to your account, visit the Repository to view, save or email your reports.

After 24 hours your reports will move to the 'Expired Items' box, as a record of previous purchases.

How do I save a report once it's in the Repository?

You can save reports one of two ways:

  1. View the report by selecting the "View" icon View Icon next to the report listing in the Repository, then save the report to your hard drive using the "File, Save" feature in your browser (for HTML) or "Save a Copy" (for PDF).

  2. Email the report to yourself by selecting the "Email" icon Email Icon next to the report listing in the Repository.

Why does my report say 'In Mailbox' in the Repository?

Reports for some companies in some countries (namely Austria, Germany, Italy, Luxembourg, Portugal and Switzerland) may not be immediately available because the data is updated by researchers in the target country prior to delivery.

If you are waiting for a report, you will receive an email notification at your address-on-file when the report is available in the Repository. Your 24-hour access period begins the next time you visit the Repository.

If you are experiencing delays for any other report, please contact us so that we can resolve the problem.

How do I access an expired report?

Expired reports will appear in the 'Expired Items' box in the Repository. You can repurchase a report or run a search to find related reports by clicking the "Research" Research Icon icon next to the report listing.

What if I need information for a country not included in Researcha?

You can commission country-specific research through Researcha, if the country you are interested in is not covered in our database. Please contact us to discuss your needs.

What if I need a type of information that isn't included in a Researcha Report?

Researcha offers a report commission service, to provide you with the specific data you need. Please contact us to discuss your needs.

Who will know that I've purchased a report?

Only Researcha Limited will know that you have purchased a report. Our data supplier, ICC, will only know that a given report has been purchased. No other third party, the company or director will ever know that a report has been purchased. The service is therefore totally confidential.

Why don't reports for different countries contain the same information?

Data for each country covered by Researcha is collected and stored differently and covers a different sub-set of business information. Availability of data is largely dictated by the type of information statutorily required in each country.

We will be adding more reports with expanded data as they become available. If you need a particular kind of information not included in a Researcha report, please contact us to discuss your needs. We can often arrange for custom reports in response to specific customer queries.

What does 'insolvency' mean on the search results?

Researcha's supplier, ICC, flags companies as 'Insolvent' if they have some form of action against them. This could be any one of the following actions:

administration / liquidation / receivership / pre-dissolution / winding-up petition / insolvency practitioner ceased to act / operating under voluntary arrangement

So, if a applies to strike themselves off then they will be flagged as such. We have requested a more detailed description to be applied. If you have a question about this, please
contact us
