This page contains details of the differences in content and cost between reports in the old FreePint Financials (FPF) system and Researcha.

FPF Profile Report -> Researcha Registry Report
The FPF Profile Report was GBP 2 and was available for all companies, regardless of whether they were trading, dormant, or hadn't filed accounts since incorporation.
The Researcha Registry Report is GBP 2.50 and is only shown if either of these conditions is met:
- Company hasn't filed accounts since incorporation
- Company is not trading or dormant
If the conditions are not met, then the First Review Report is shown.
FPF Profile Report -> Researcha First Review Report
Simple Check 2 shown if conditions for showing the Registry are not met.
Simple Check 2 is GBP 5.00. On top of the information in the FPF Profile report, it also includes Total Liabilities, Total Fixed Assets, Total Current Assets, Growth rate from year 0 to year 2 and filing history as Full Review.
FPF Overview -> Researcha Credit
Same content but reduction in price from GBP 16 (FPF Overview) to GBP 15 (Researcha Credit). 6.25% price reduction.
FPF Financial -> Researcha Financials
The FPF Financial report was GBP 24 and the Researcha Financials Report is GBP 17.50 (27% reduction).
The differences are:
- Financial information in the Researcha Financials is for 10 years. FPF Financial data was only for 5 years.
- The following sections have been removed as they are available in other Researcha reports:
- Directory Section - Trading Address, Telephone number, Fax number & Region.
- Risk Section
- Ownership - All immediate shareholdings
- Filing History
- Directors
New: Researcha KYC Report
The KYC (Know Your Customer) report is a new report for Researcha and was not available in FPF. The cost is GBP 22.50.
New: Researcha Full Review Report
Another new report for Researcha, costing GBP 47.50.
FPF Company Directors Report -> Researcha Company Directors Report
Same content. Slight increase in price from GBP 12 (FPF) to GBP 12.50 (Researcha). A 4% increase, but the first price rise in 4.5 years.
New: Company Directors & Shareholders Report
A new report for Researcha, costing GBP 35.
Annual Accounts and Other Images
Images in FPF (e.g. Annual Accounts, Annual Return, etc.) were GBP 12.50. In Researcha all images are GBP 5 (60% reduction).
FPF Individual Directors Report -> Researcha Individual Directors Report
Same content. FPF Individual Directors Report cost GBP 8 and the Researcha Individual Directors Report costs GBP 7.50 (12.5% reduction).
New: Stakeholder Report
A new report for Researcha, costing GBP 35.
Disqualified Directors Report
New report for Researcha, costing GBP 2.
